Overview

This large utility provider needed a way to support the transition following their acquisition of two smaller companies. Their information security team had raised concerns about how employees shared data within collaboration tools.

 

Problem

The provider wanted to improve communication between the companies by deploying collaboration tools across the new acquisitions. Removing or delaying this integration had the potential to harm productivity or impact employee experience post-merger. That meant the provider needed to find a solution to secure collaboration and keep the transition on track.
