AstraZeneca Uses Aware Risk Management for Collaboration

Written by Aware | 11/1/18 6:04 PM

Columbus, Ohio—AstraZeneca, a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business, today announced it will use Aware as its governance and compliance tool for Workplace from Meta (formerly Facebook). Aware’s comprehensive risk management suite will help AstraZeneca manage and control their unstructured conversation data—and its context—within the Workplace platform.

“We wanted to enable our employees to connect through Workplace and also needed to satisfy existing compliance requirements with the ability to archive, extract and manage the vast amount of conversation data in the platform,” said Tom Hall, Programme Manager at AstraZeneca. “We honestly could not have introduced Workplace without also launching the Aware solution.”

“The Aware team has a deep understanding of collaboration—and its corresponding communication data,” said Hall. “Since partnering with Aware, they have been flexible and willing to take our needs into consideration as they build new partner features.”
